At Red Label Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
